PHI (PARAPROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE INSTITUTE)

As our country ages, the need for home healthcare workers reaches crisis proportions. To address this problem, we developed for PHI a colorful, easily referenced, 56 page manual that announces through its design: “This is valuable, use it, keep it handy, profit from it.” For maximum ease of use, we made it portable – to fit on a bookshelf, or in a purse or backpack. We mailed it in a clear envelope so one knew immediately it was a valuable aid. The format is vibrant and confident, designed to reach a wide swath of long-term care executives. It has proven to be hugely successful, and is widely used as a teaching aid and recruitment tool.
