SERVICES & ADVOCACY FOR GLBT ELDERS (SAGE)

To address the disparities that exist in healthcare delivery for gay and lesbian elders of color, we designed a kind of “one – two punch”…an infographic poster folded inside a brochure. We chose infographics (one of our favorite techniques) as the most efficient method of clarifying – and illuminating – some highly complex data. Through symbols, graphs, and stylized illustration, we made crystal clear the need for more equitable healthcare delivery. Infographics provided the facts. The brochure summarized the findings. The entire package delivered the message with maximum effectiveness.
